Plant-specific greenfield capex for Colongra/CG3 was not found in searched owner/government/AEMO sources. O&M and performance values were taken from AEMO/Aurecon 2024 technology review for OCGT-type gas turbines. Colongra is described by Snowy Hydro as a 667 MW facility comprising four dual-fuel open-cycle fast-start gas turbines; the requested DUID CG3 appears to be one unit/share of that station, but no plant-specific construction cost was located.
