What is happening with this asset, what changed, and how does it compare with others?
Times are NEM time (AEST, UTC+10). AEMO settlement stamps do not observe daylight saving.

What this uses. AEMO settlement timestamps are period-ending Australian Eastern Standard Time year-round. They do not observe daylight saving. A 14:05 stamp covers 14:00:01–14:05:00 AEST.
Near real-time: regional prices and SCADA output. Next morning after 04:00 AEST: declared availability, cleared MW, FCAS enablement and any stored energy.
Energy and FCAS bid/rebid files (BIDDAYOFFER / BIDPEROFFER) are not ingested. AEMO publishes “Yesterday’s Bids” the next day; this release does not show bid bands, rebids or published reasons. Binding constraint identities from dispatch are not ingested, so constraint overlays are not shown.
