Notes
No plant-specific greenfield construction cost for the hydro unit itself was found. The only Keepit-specific public cost figure located was NSW Budget Paper funding of $10 million for the Keepit Dam Upgrade in 2011-12, which is a dam safety upgrade and not a greenfield generator build. I therefore used that as the closest reported site-specific capital figure for the site, but it should be treated as refurbishment/upgrade-related rather than original station construction. Keepit Power Station was commissioned in 1960 per GSP Energy. Hydro operating assumptions use AEMO/Aurecon conventional hydropower benchmarks only for performance context, with hydro emissions at zero and long asset life.
