No plant-specific greenfield capex announcement for Jeeralang B / JLB03 was found in official owner, government, or project finance sources. Jeeralang is part of the older Jeeralang gas complex purchased by EnergyAustralia in 2018; public sources indicate Jeeralang A and B were commissioned in 1977-1980 / 1979-80, so this unit is an existing brownfield asset rather than a recent greenfield build.
