No reliable plant-specific greenfield construction cost was found for Jeeralang B / JLB02. A news report from 2023 states an estimated cost of $75 million for one new Jeeralang B unit, but this appears to refer to a brownfield unit replacement/upgrade rather than original plant construction, so it is recorded as refurbishment capex only.
