No plant-specific greenfield capex announcement was found in official owner/developer/government sources during this search. AEMO GenCost benchmark for utility-scale single-axis tracking solar PV was used only for operating assumptions and not for capex. Hillston Sun Farm is a 119 MWdc solar PV development completed in March 2022 and at final acceptance in July 2022. For O&M, the AEMO/Aurecon 2024 review gives fixed O&M of $12,000/MWp-year for single-axis tracking utility-scale solar PV, with variable O&M included in the fixed component and a 30-year design life.
