Notes
I found project-level announcements for the combined Smoky Creek & Guthrie’s Gap development, but no reliable public source giving a Guthrie’s Gap-only greenfield capex figure. The Edify project page states Guthrie’s Gap is one of the pair and that the first stage is a 600MW connection with 720MWp of solar and 600MW/2,400MWh of batteries across the combined project. A 2026 contract announcement reported a RM3.12 billion (about A$1.1 billion) EPC contract for the combined Smoky Creek and Guthrie’s Gap projects, and another source described AUD3 billion combined development/project financing. Because these figures appear to cover the combined pair rather than Guthrie’s Gap alone, I did not assign them as site-specific capex.
