Notes
Plant-specific greenfield capital cost was reported by ARENA as $54.6 million for Neoen Australia’s Griffith Solar Farm (25 MW AC / 30 MW project class). This does not exactly match the registered DUID capacity of 27.19 MW, so capex_per_mw is calculated on the site-reported project size/cost basis, not AEMO benchmark data. Construction began in January 2017 and operations commenced on 16 April 2018. Solar PV asset life assumed from operator guidance of 25–30 years; midpoint used.
