I found official Spark Renewables material confirming the Dinawan Energy Hub is a hybrid wind, solar and battery project, and that the wind component is 707 MW under access rights / 357 MW for Stage 1 in CIS material. However, I did not find a project-specific greenfield construction cost for the wind DUID/site. The only plant-specific capital figure found was for the separate Dinawan Solar Farm + BESS CIV estimate ($1.348bn excl. GST), which should not be used for this wind generator. In the absence of a wind-project-specific capex figure, no capex estimate has been populated. Operational assumptions were not separately sourced beyond generic onshore-wind benchmark direction from GenCost/AEMO, so they are left blank pending further review.
