Notes
Project-specific EPC contract value of $190 million was reported in December 2016 for the 100 MW Clare Solar Farm; this is used as a proxy for greenfield CAPEX because a plant-specific total project cost announcement was not found. The site is a utility-scale single-axis tracking PV plant. Fixed O&M uses an AEMO/Aurecon benchmark for utility-scale solar PV; variable O&M is treated as nil for solar. Capacity used for per-MW calculation is the registered 110.4 MW supplied by the user, so the per-MW figure is an approximation rather than the original contract capacity basis.
